MJN & Associates, LLC was commissioned by this 1,000 bed tertiary care facility, located on two sites in the City of London, to conduct a feasibility study and provide management assistance for the provision of housekeeping and material services.

Waterloo Wellington Linen Service – Kitchener, Ontario
Engineering and Laundry Review, Redevelopment and Operations

MJN & Associates, LLC was commissioned to conduct an operations review of the Laundry and Linen Services department for this 600-bed acute care facility in Kitchener, Ontario.

The project included a building expansion to enable the installation of the latest rail and continuous batch washer technology. MJN & Associates, LLC designed, renovated, re-equipped, and operated the Laundry during this project.

Tilbury Regional Hospital Laundry Society – Delta, BC

Prior to joining the Tilbury team as General Manager, Mr. Noël was under contract to provide management and development services for this 20 million annual pound Regional Hospital Laundry serving 18 health facility sites in the Lower Mainland Area of British Columbia.

The Laundry recently completed a $3.8 million equipment retrofit and a $2.0 million expansion, and is processing product for a total of approximately 5,000 healthcare beds. Planning has begun with the purchase of an adjoining parcel of land for the expansion and redevelopment of the Laundry to over 100,000 square feet, to process in excess of 30 million pounds annually.
