a Long Term Care Wing of this Community Hospital located in Fort
Erie, Ontario.
The functional program enabled the Hospital to obtain funding from
the Ministry of Health for the development of the Long Term Care
Wing.
Queen Elizabeth Hospital

long-term care and rehabilitation Hospital located in Toronto. Responsibilities
included project management, coordination of the information systems,
consulting for the conceptual design and architecture, and implementation
of the materials management functions.

As a sub-consultant to the Resources Planning Group Inc., MJN & Associates, LLC
provided site evaluation, equipment assessment, layout and space
determination, as well as an examination of the infrastructure requirements
for the laundry in the event of the redevelopment of the Hospital.
Special relationships, production requirements, and logistical
impacts were assessed with regards to the Laundry and Linen Services.

As a sub-consultant of the Resources Planning Group, MJN & Associates, LLC was
responsible for the program planning, sizing, and equipping of an
on-site laundry to be located in the new hospital to be constructed
in Inuvik.
Special relationships, production requirements, and logistical
impacts were assessed with regards to the Laundry and Linen Services
in this far north Centre including the challenges associated
with water, sewage and building construction in the far north.
Women's College Hospital

Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit Functional Program

Working with a team of consultants, MJN & Associates, LLC was provided a functional
program for the neo-natal intensive care unit for this leading research
and teaching hospital.
The project involved working with staff and physicians to ensure
that the new facility maximized the outcome potentials for premature
births.

equipment and systems for its replacement.
The project involved the review of laundry volumes, textile processing
requirements, and ergonomic factors for the Laundry.

of the laundry at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital Laundry. MJN & Associates, LLC
provided a project leader, a functional specialist, and an ergonomist
to review the laundry, assess injury rates, and recommend equipment
modifications and changes.
The management group of the Mistahia Health Region endorsed the
report and the recommendations were addressed.
